2,500 years after the passing of Buddha, his message continues to resonate. In this series we explore the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life.
Meditation is explained clearly and simply as a tool for developing qualities such as inner peace, love and patience. We also demystify topics such as karma, future lives, enlightenment and discover how very practical and important all these teachings are for getting the most out of our life.
Each class is self supporting and drop in, but you’ll get more out of regular attendance as you build up more experience. Buddha’s teachings are for everyone and everyone is welcome!
