Our negative states of mind such as anger, attachment, and jealousy, create endless problems for ourselves and others, and mean we can never really relax and be happy. The good news is that every negative state of mind has an opposite positive state of mind. Learn some time-honoured meditations and effective ways of thinking that help us shift more easily from negative to positive, unhappy to happy, unpeaceful to peaceful.

About the Teacher
Inkeri Meharg is a senior Kadampa teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of practical experience of integrating Buddhist teachings with daily life. Inkeri often teaches the Learn to Meditate courses at our main Kadampa centre.
